
Like, WTF? we have 3000 devices across all our customers, at some point I'd imagine we would move away from Symantec, but does that mean an admin has to login to each machine and go through this manual process? I've tried wmic, powershell, and other things that used to work with their Small Business Edition, but nothing works- not even the "un-enroll" action item in the portal. What we were just told from their tech support, was that the only method to remove (uninstall) EPC, was through the control panel, and that remote uninstallation was no longer support. A few months ago, Symantec decided to terminate that program and switch everyone over to their enterprise: Endpoint Protection Cloud. In our Partner Management Console, we used the Small Business Edition, which provided pretty much great management features for all our customers.
